Conditions

Satellite meetings are fully organized by the organization hosting the satellite (private company, government agency, institution or NGO).

We will make satellite slots available for a fee and will allocate slots according to availability on the conference programme.Commercial and non-commercial satellite events covering various aspects of the regional and global response to HIV  will take place  dayly  at  13:00 to 14:30  and  17:00  to  18:30.

 In order to ensure that satellite meetings meet the scientific and ethical standards of the conference, all satellites will:

•  address issues directly or indirectly related to HIV/AIDS within the context of the conference programme; and
•  be evaluated by the conference organizers on the basis of content, merit, overall quality and organizational plan.

Conference organizers reserve the right to approve or reject  any satellite  application, and may decline, wholly or partially, a request that in their opinion is not in keeping with the character  or purpose of EECAAC2009. 

General satellite time is 90 minutes.

• Commercial organizations - 12000 Euro(includes 8 free registrations)
• International non-commercial - 9000 Euro( includes 5 free registrations)
• Regional NGO - 4500 Euro (includes 3 free registrations)

Fully equipped halls, simultaneous translation.

 We offer office space for rent - from 1000 Euro.
