Conditions for the Conference Registration

Dear Colleagues !

Before you start the registration, please, READ the terms of the offer (public agreement for service provision).

You can apply to participate in the conference as of 1 April 2009  to 20 October 2009.

If the number of participants will exceed 2500, registration will be closed prior to the above mentioned date.

In order to become a conference participant, please:

1. Register on the conference web-site (section Registration-Application) and receive your pre-registration number;
2. Pay the registration fee. Indicate your pre-registration number in the field «Purpose of Payment», then choose “EECAAC2009 Registration Fees” and the name of the conference participant.

Registration fees must be transfered to the Conference bank account prior the expiration date of registration period you have chosen.

Example: PRE0001, EECAAC2009 Registration Fees, Ivanov I.A.

Indicating your pre-registration number in the payment details will allow us to quickly and accurately identify the person for whom we received the payment.

Registration fees for participants from the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia:

• Late registration : October 06 - October 20 -3500 rur/ 85 Euro/ 110 USD (VAT 18% included)

Registration fees for non-residents of the region of Eastern Europe and Central Asia:

• Late registration: October 06 - October 20 -12600 rur/ 300 Euro/ 390 USD (VAT 18% included)

* Region is defined as citizenship.

Countries of Eastern Europe  and  Central  Asia:

Residents of the Russian Federation must pay in Roubles only; non-residents are able to pay in either Euros, USD or in Roubles.

By paying the registration fees you agree with quotation conditions (public agreement for the services provided).

Registration fees do NOT include costs for travel, accommodations and/ or food.

Individuals residing in Russia can pay their registration fees at Sberbank. In order to do so, you will need to:

• Download and print out the bank form (download here); 
• Complete the form (name, pre-registration number, address, amount)               
• Pay the fees at your nearest Sberbank office

ATTENTION !  Every participant has to fill out a SEPARATE bank form! According the new rules of Sberbank, payments must be made in person and you must have your passport with you. Sberbank does not accept payments from organizations. A transfer invoice from Sberbank, with the participant’s surname on it, provides adequate information for the request to refund travel expenses.

Payment confirmation and registration notification:

Your name will be added to the list of conference participants over the course of three working days, upon receiving the payment confirmation. You will receive a registration number, which will differ from your pre-registration number. The registration notification with your registration number will be sent to you by e-mail.

To speed up the process of payment confirmation you can send us a copy of the bank form or invoice with the bank stamp on it. Please send the copies to the following address registration2009@infoshare.ru.

The list of the registered participants can be found on the conference web-site in the section Registration-List of Participants. If you have received the registration number, you will be able to see your name in the list.
