Registration
Procedure of registration:
1. Fill out the form in section Registration-Application (click here)
2. The letter with the request to confirm the application , will be sent automatically to the e-mail you specified in the application automatically. It is necessary for identification of the address of your e-mail.
3. After confirmation of the application form, you will receive the second letter with the number of preliminary registration (For example, PRE0001). This number will be required for the posters, abstracts, scholarships applications.
4. Pay a registration fee. Full information about amount the fee and bank details can be found here.
5. Your name will be added to the list of conference participants over the course of three working days, upon receiving the payment confirmation. You will receive a registration number, which will differ from your pre-registration number. The registration notification with your registration number will be sent to you by e-mail.
Registration (enrolling to the list of participants) is done after the intake of the money to the settlement account of the organization and after the identification of the payment.
To speed up the process of payment confirmation you can send us a copy of the bank form or invoice with the bank stamp on it. Please send the copies to the following address registration2009@infoshare.ru.
For face-to-face registration (directly at the Conference site) the participant should have the printed notification letter, received from the Secretariat, with the registration number.
