General Conditions for Exhibitions’ Held at the WTC Moscow
- The Customer shall reserve exhibition space with due regard of time needed for installation and dismantling of exhibition constructions and exhibits with the payment rates according to the specially agreed tariff.
- All installation works shall not be started before the specified date and shall be completed, including removal of crates and packages, at least 24 hours prior to the opening of the exhibition.
- The exhibitor may employ third company to carry out construction or undertake it entirely on his own only with the written consent of the WTC Moscow.
- In that case, the exhibitor shall submit complete specifications (stands design specifying construction materials, power supply layout) not later than 20 days prior to beginning of the installation.
- Standard aluminium/metal stationary stand frames and wall panels having suitable certificates are allowed for use in WTC Congress centre premises during the exhibition installation.
- On WTC Congress centre premises it shall be prohibited:
-to carry out sawing, planning and other woodwork with the use of all types wooden materials, plaster cardboard connected with production of a stand’s components;
-to paint and varnish;
-to drill holes in the floor and walls. - Written approval shall be required from WTC Moscow for installation of the ready stand shell modules made of the above mentioned materials.
- All temporary display systems and the stand shell modules shall be set up within the boundaries of the area allotted to the exhibitor. The heights of the stand shell modules shall not exceed 2.5 metres.
- In the course of the conduct of the exhibition it shall be prohibited to retail the exhibits.
- All types of advertising shall be allowed within the bounds of an exhibition stand. Posting of advertisements outside the exhibitor’s stand shall be prohibited. Distribution of advertising materials shall not hinder visitors and other exhibitors.
Important: Packaging of the displays, assembling, transportation and customs procedures are responsibilities of the participant (commercial or non-commercial organizations and other)
