Conference Governance

The Third Eastern Europe and Central Asia AIDS Conference is governed by the Conference Organizing Committee and three Conference Programme Committees, which are: “Regional Cooperation”, “Civil Society” and “Science and Medicine”.

Areas of responsibility of the Conference Organizing Committee:

• Conference Goals, Conference Objectives and Themes of the Days
• Target Conference Audience
• Conference Schedule, types of sessions and events during the Conference
• Programme of Plenary Sessions of the Conference
• Final approval of the Programme of Concurrent Sessions of the Conference, suggested by the Conference Programme Committees
• Policy and rates for commercial activities Conference Budget

• Requirements for Conference Abstracts and Posters, reviewing process and selection criteria
• Scholarship Application Form, criteria for scholarship selection
• Requirements for Skills-building Seminars and selection criteria
