Conference Governance
The Third Eastern Europe and Central Asia AIDS Conference is governed by the Conference Organizing Committee and three Conference Programme Committees, which are: “Regional Cooperation”, “Civil Society” and “Science and Medicine”.
Areas of responsibility of the Conference Organizing Committee:
- Conference Goals, Conference Objectives and Themes of the Days
- Target Conference Audience
- Conference Schedule, types of sessions and events during the Conference
- Programme of Plenary Sessions of the Conference
- Final approval of the Programme of Concurrent Sessions of the Conference, suggested by the Conference Programme Committees
- Policy and rates for commercial activities Conference Budget

- Requirements for Conference Abstracts and Posters, reviewing process and selection criteria
- Scholarship Application Form, criteria for scholarship selection
